"Naming and shaming"
Why not include an auto censor on screenshots uploaded that blocks names if someone going into your screenshot caps and seeing a disconnected person in a full kill game is against the rules.

When you sign up to the forum, you agree to the forum rules first of all. The onus is on the user to not post things that are against those rules.

And no, what you asked is not specifically against that rule, however when you deliberately draw attention to that screenshot in an effort to continue to name and shame players, then yes that is breaking the rule, which you've been advised many times now.

But.. I'm asking why not allow you to actually have this so you can post without names? I have no clue how to edit baseline screenshots and my last few posts in forum are saluting the people who didn't disconnect rather than 'shaming' tho it does show their names it shouldn't be against those rules.

if you're showing someone behaving in an inappropriate manner and showing their name, that's directly breaking the rule.
We do not have software installed that will edit out names on screenshots, that's on you the user to ensure that you do not break the rules here when you post screenshots - if in doubt, do not post a screenshot.

Maybe tell him how to edit images instead of saying the same thing. Since you can't do it for some reason, I will.

I think a quick google will explain exactly how to edit something, and as there are very many ways I do not feel it necessary to go through the steps.

If you're on windows, try to double click the image file and look around and find the little row of icons which are the hud. Go for the left most one that looks like a pencil over an image and then you can edit it and stuff. If you're on console... I dunno. Maybe upload them to your computer and do it from there.

The one that was in question was not even behaving in an inappropriate manner at all. They were just disconnected.
But because it's included in a picture of a victory shot (the last person dying on hook) it's against the rules.

Hence why.. Wouldn't it be better just to set it to upload all names blurred or keep the names as their characters when uploaded as screenshots?

yes because you are naming and shaming the person that has disconnected...which has already been explained to you.
And no, the upload to blur all names is impossible on our end that's why it's a users responsibility.
