Honestly something like the Weeping Angel would be very cool.

Carnage (Spider-Man), aka The Symbiote
Carnage for me, being the fact that even before the symbiote he was a murderer.
There are some good killers from non/mild horror genres that could work well, even if unlikely:
Scarecrow (Batman), Finn Kelly (Neighbours), Bob (Twin Peaks), Agent Smith (The Matrix), T-1000 (Terminator 2), Adachi Touru (Persona 4)
There's many more! Just unlikely to be picked beyond mods for these guys.

Monika would be an interesting character to be in DBD, since she's literally a game that has self aware
Other than monika, i would LOVE to see Clementine from TWD Telltale, i believe her IP is with Skybound?? Im not sure since Telltale recently returned to life lol

Picking this option, but honestly, Joker himself would be one of the worst picks. Now, if we were talking about Scarecrow, or Clayface, or maybe even Riddler, then we'd be getting somewhere!
