Dark Devotion QoL
Currently the Perk only activates once every 30 seconds after hitting the Obsession, the issue is that it has an internal cooldown which is the same as the duration thus holding the Perk from greatness.
So I propose a change, it no longer has an internal cooldown, if you hit the Obsession while it's still active it would basically reset back to 30 seconds.

It's been working that way since it was buffed, it's just buggy since this change was made and it still hasn't been fixed. I already created a topic with a report of this bug several times.

It doesn't work that way. Maybe before the change, but not after.

Yes, it should... it not that significant strong perk; especially when good Survivors can used certain perks or game sense and awareness to find out the Killer's exact location.
Although, the perk is completely stump by good swf whom is able to figure what exactly the killer is running. So a nice buff would definitely help make this perk simpler yet still complex Survivor's judgements on where the killer is exactly without the terror Radius.
