Can't move character bug

The match would start but my character isn't able to move. Instead it's the circle thing that you move on screen when you're in your bloodweb. I tried leaving the match to see if it would fix it but then it's the same in the second match. I tried disconnecting my controller and tried using another controller and still the same thing. I'm on ps4 if that helps. I hope it doesn't persist because I want to play and finish this rift.

    Same happened to me sadly, you can't do anything about it. I'm also on PS4 sadly I had to turn my console off to resolve this problem. All I did was start a match as normal only for myself to be frozen not able to move, you can't do skill checks either when the killer is holding you. You can access the normal menu and click around, however when you go back out of the menu you will still be frozen.
