Instant Gen Progression

This happened multiple times in a row, when I repair a gen with another survivor, after like 10 sec
gen moved from progression 30% instantly to 70%, this happened multiple games in a row while playing as survivor
unless there's an event item that boost it by 30% if I'm not aware?

Did you happen to notice if the survivors you were with had the perk Potential Energy? They could have stored up progression which they released.

Theres also Brand New Parts and Fast Track, which can do a burst of gen progress.
