This isn’t visible in game, only when you are spectating somebody can it been seen. And even then it isn’t happening every time. While the person was in game, they would not have seen the hair misplaced.

All she is doing is looking down to bless the totem in the first photo. Are you upset that you can see the back of her neck there? You’ve had to move your camera at that angle to see it.

I noticed that on couple of older cosmetics as well.

I have noticed this as well. It happens in every single game without fail including in the lobby as well. It's not a spectator bug, this is what it looks like when playing with this Hair.
I'm guessing that the physics layer is most likely bugged or not applied correctly since the hair still slightly moves but the back part is entirely stiff.
