Flashlight locker grab immunity but not flashbangs?
Is it an oversight that you can use a flashbang to interrupt a locker grab?
Wasn't the killer supposed to be made immune to blinds during a locker grab?

I don’t know, but don’t take all the fun away from survivors. Flash bang saves are difficult, so I don’t think it is happening that often. How many times has this happen to you?

Zero. I don't think most people know you can even do it.
However it doesn't make any sense that they removed the flashlight blindness and left flashbang. There is zero counterplay on a locker grab.
If DBD had animation fakes it would be a completely different story.

For the sake of fairness I thought I'd check the exact wording of the change.
According to the official patch notes, "Killers are now immune to blindness while grabbing a Survivor out of a locker." This would make it seem like they should be immune to all blinds.
According to the developer update (which I found by scouring YouTube videos), "Killers will receive blind immunity while grabbing a Survivor from a locker." This certainly supports the theory that the Flashbang being able to blind is a bug.
Admittedly, they did only mention flashlights, but I think it's worth sticking it as a bug report regardless.

pretty sure the reason flashlight locker immunity was introduced was because of survivors holding the game hostage with duo locker saving.
flashbangs/firecrackers are finite, and require 2 people not doing gens once the flashbang is made. its fine.

Flashlights have limited duration as well so that's not really a viable argument considering the exact wording:
"Killers are now immune to blindness while grabbing a Survivor out of a locker"

Well if protecting a 3 gen is considered holding the game hostage then so is 2 people sitting in lockers because both are not really progressing the game.

hmm, maybe bc flashbangs can only be used once, unlike flashlights? not sure though

Holding a 3 gen and hurting the survivors sometimes is not hostage taking. It has to be an extreme case of obviously not trying to win and just win via stalemate.
There is no way to cancel a locker grab so you are not supposed to be able to be blinded. Considering flashlight saves were made braindead this is not an unreasonable request
