Hex rework

So I've been brainstorming some possible ways to rework hexes because as a killer main it can get frustrating when you yet a bad hex placement. Not to mention how easy it is for survivors to destroy them rendering that perk slot useless.  An Idea I came up with makes it so that in the beginning of a round the killer can see all full totems of a hex perk is in play. The killer can then choose a dull totem to interact with activating the perk. If the totem is destroyed after 2 minutes the killer can replace the hex on another dull totem but if that hex has tokens all tokens previously earned will be gone. By the way once all hexes ste placed th killer can no longer see them.

    Thrill of the hunt shouldn't be a hex perk and problem solved. + devs said they are looking forward to do this but who knows if it would happen...

    I think a aspect of Hex perks that make them Hex perks are the fact that they are (should be, they arn't always) stronger but they can be lost, so you get a stronger perk that can be taken from you. So I'm not a fan of having the perk come back. I like the idea that whoever disables the perks takes the curse upon themselves. So maybe if you destroy lullaby you get a smaller version applied you to for the rest of the match.

    Ideas i thought of

    1 Your hex perks are connected to all five totems, as they are cleansed your perk/s grows weaker in till the perk/s are gone. ( rebalance perks as needed )
    Solves the 30sec hex perk cleansed problem

    2 add a condition that must be met before one can cleanse a totem.
    Examples: Injured, 1 gen done, and a time limit
    Not my favorite idea but would solve the 30sec cleansed.

    3 change spawn locations
    Don't like the idea at all, even if it lasts 2-4 minutes without being found it still feels like a waste of a perk slot in less i go META and get ruin. and the only other ones that has strong pay of if you get lucky is devour hope and NOED. Id rather just get another perk that i can guarantee a payoff for bringing.
