So i got picked up by a killer and got my wiggle to 100% yet didnt get off the killer, plus was still wiggling a t 100%. the killer had one perk - territorial imperative. like what the ######### is going on?

That's a connection issue. Could be you, could be killer, could be a teammate that's about to legit DC. Happens sometimes and there's not much you can do about it.

my ping was fine and so was the killer's, i mean their hits and everything was on the spot
i reported them ofc

most likely just latency
just because your ping or their ping was fine for the most part, doesnt mean it cant spike sometimes

It happens sometimes, I made a bug report about it some time ago.
The devs don't have enough info to know exactly what is going on when it happens, so any info or game logs are probably welcome !

If you reached 100% wiggle at the time you were about to get hooked the server may register the hook before it registers you getting off so getting hooked takes priority but the window for it happening is very small.
On the other hand if you reached 100% and stood there wiggling for aditional seconds while being carried is very suspicious, it could be a bug or a cheat, did it happen only once and the other times it was normal or happened every single time you were carried? If you were carried 3 times and it happened in all then cheats or someone exploiting a bug.
