Nemesis vaccine shows no progression while using

The "Inject Vaccine" icon exists since I picked it up from its chest and started active running. When I stopped and tried to inject vaccine, the progression bar did not show progression whatsoever. It confused me for a while, but later when I committed to inject the vaccine for a duration of a few seconds, the vaccine worked normally and my survivor status received the vaccine's effect. Not a bad bug, but a nasty one :(
