BHVR, can you do something about these bad exit gate spawns?
Just had my third match where exit gates are spawning almost right next to each other. Happened earlier on Ormond and just now on Azarov. Both gates were on the exact same wall maybe 25 meters apart with a straight line of site to each one.
When exit gates triggered, four survivors were alive. We had a wraith so only one made it out because all he had to do was teleport back and forth slugging anyone who tried to touch it. We couldn’t get him to take chase because he knew he didn’t have to.
Theres no fair way for survivors to escape when the exit gates keep spawning like this.

I don't think I've even heard Bhvr mention this as something they would like to address, but I may be wrong. I think it's considered simply part of the thrill of RNG. Killers can get ######### over too.
I think there should be a minimum and maximum distance and a minimum of obstacles in-between to obstruct view partially.

They already fixed it a couple of years back. 2019 I think. Guess it somehow got lost in the spaghetti code

On the flipside, if the gates are on opposite sides of the map, it’s really bad for the killer.
It’s really just luck. Only Midwich and the two RPD variations have static gates, so it’ll never be fair
Also, Wraith doesn’t teleport. If you were with 4 folks but were unable to get a gate open, that sounds like a skill issue to me. No Way Out could’ve been used I guess, but that’s not a guaranteed 3k against 4 standing survivors.

In this case just retreat and heal, before going to the exit gate, in which scenario various survivors get downed on gates? The time to hit someons is almost enough to fully open the door if you pre leave it.

Also it is about luck, a lot of things in this game are balanced around luck, you have matches where they are beside each other, in others they are in the oposite side.

This was solo Q. No coms to organize a retreat and heal in this instance and getting rando survs to understand what you’re trying to do without a way to clearly communicate without the killer seeing is nil.
I honestly wish I’d just taken a picture or video of what it looked like so you guys could see the issue. It’s not as easy or cut and dry as it’s being made out to be when gates spawn like this. They were practically right next to each other. Lol
