Yes, this usually comes up when it's a bhvr issue. Everyone who lives around me that I know is also having this issue on the same platform. Its a fairly infuriating bug as it just comes and goes and has no way to be fixed, really.

I had that error on my Xbox two days ago. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice seemed to fix it for me.

I had that happen to me a few times within the past month. It would usually last for a few hours. I assume it was an issue with BHVRs servers, as the game would always work fine for me the next day. Definitely frustrating when you want to play and can’t because of crappy server issues.
