Saw a video with a very good explaination.
Nurse - as a free killer - has to stay the best killer in game.
What do you think would happen when a paid killer be the strongest?

I've got to say I disagree. The only way Billy could require more skill to play than Nurse, is if you're talking about learning to curve effectively, that is a very impressive skill that I still struggle with.
I've never had any problems with Blight, I dont see why some people are saying he is hard. Yes he has a high skill cap (Hugging things that dont give you collision in a very steep angle), but not comparable to Nurse IMO.
Nurse is extremely easy against bad players, who dont look behind them, and just run straight. But once you get to play with good players its a whole different story. A good player will make you guess their location as often as possible. You might get lucky. Skill could help, or not. Hearing is extemely important. But balance wise, I still think she is not overpowered. Strongest chase, her mobility isnt even close as good as it used to be.
However, certain perk combinations do need to be nerfed however, as I also believe they make her broken. Eruption is pretty self-explatanory, but also Starstruck + Agitation is extremely obnoxious with Nurse.

Nurse is fine, I've defeated dozens of nurses. It takes a lot of practice and skill to use nurse, to disable nurse or nerf her further would make all that a waste. People should look up videos on how to deal with nurse, she's not that good to be honest if you know how to evade her blinks.

she is the best killer in the game, playing her isn't that hard, and even if she did require an incredible amount of skill it wouldn't justify her being blatantly overpowered. i will be ignoring future responses from you

Just buff all other killers to her level and compensate survivors somehow.
I mean that logic works for the survivor side, so why wouldnt it here?

Not really she can't blink through rocks or trees on shelter woods yes there not many LoS blockers but there are objects she just can't blink through

They won't disable (Killswitch) her because there's nothing game breaking wrong with her. Many do agree that things need done ie Addon reworks and changing some of her blinks to become special attacks after the first blink.

I don’t know where people got this completely stupid misconception the recode made her easier. It didn’t change how she played at all except for bugs like the second blink not working occasionally. The bugs weren’t something that happened every time, and fixing bugs doesn’t make something easier when the player knows what to do anyways but the game just didn’t let them do it occasionally.
Also, the argument that bad killers are harder is also stupid. That’s a problem with them, not Nurse. Part of their difficulty is because they are just bad in the first place. That means they should be made better.

Yes, because Nurse is easy to learn and is an automatic win yet, somehow, her kill rates are not out of sync with the rest if the Killer roster. The posters who are obsessed about Nurse somehow can't see the contradiction in this. If she's easy to learn and an automatic win why aren't her kill rates and pick rates higher?
These contradictory opinions being held should be enough to show that it's a personally held bias instead of an actual argument. The real reason why Nurse doesn't get nerfed is the same reason why new DH doesn't get nerfed; she was nerfed before, is still strong, but not strong enough to either warrant further nerfs and/or the cumulative data doesn't show any problems that warrant priority over more pressing issues.

honestly i doubt it at this point... i would make gladly this sacrifice if it would gave me a game more fun and fair... if your mates have the intelligence of a dead ant then it's not a killer's problem, nor a balance problem, but only a BASIC skill issue of your companions: would you nerf a killer like trapper for example if he keep 4k because the people in your team aren't even able to run in a straight line and/or throw down pallets after being hitted the 1st time, hiding all the time instead of doing gens and/or leaving you to die on the hook despite the killer being in the opposite side of map? Come on, this happen too much in solo q, but not because of the killer, nor the actual balance of the game, the problem lies elsewhere...

even in that case the power of solo survivor will never match the one that SWF have for a couple of simple reasons:
1 you can't organize well your team since each one will take whatever they want (going from perks, offering, items to tome challenges and dailies. Essentially each one will have a personal goal to accomplish no matter what while in a swf the entire team can set up their goals, from rushing gens to do some particular challenges or just memeing/trolling around)
2 you don't know how the others play: in a swf everyone already know what to do, not to mention that you can actually made an entire group of expert loopers, while randoms even with voice chat won't have this privilege (people that aren't even able to run simple tiles and that literally will stuck themself into objects once hitted the 1st time for example)
i never said that SWF should be erased from the game, but it shouldn't be allowed to exist in regular/pub matches, only in customs, or at least not without having some limitations like the ones present in the tournaments (you can't pick up map offerings, you can't pick up the same character with the same skin, you can't take the same perks, etc etc). btw you think that the playerbase will be hitted hard if they would limit swf uh? well, that's your opinion/theory, not a fact. Unless this will actually happen, we will never know if you could have right or not... regarding the nurse she need to be reworked for sure, but actually there are things more concerning to be looked at imo.

Struggle to see what point you are making here. Removing SWF would probably kill the game because people like to play with their friends.
And it's kind of to do with the nature of the game. Playing surv has a high skill ceiling, best way to fix it imo is VC for solo q so people can co ordinate a little better and newer players won't jump in locker every time they hear a hint of a terror radius.

My point is that even in the case that you give VC for solo survivor, this won't be sufficient to balance things because the main difference between solo and swf aside being able to speak to each other on vocal is that they can choose their companions (swf can be composed of 4 equal skilled loopers, while randoms won't be at the same level because they aren't organized, not to mention that people have different goals in the match: dailies and tome challenges will also impact those choices) and choose both perks that synergize well with each other and items, perks and maps while solo can't (for doing a stupid example imagine a SWF who want to troll, making the match of a killer more suffering as possible and put 2 purple oak offerings, the offering that will force the spawn of the basement in the killer shack and the map offering for badham... Everyone with a anti slugging build and purple toolboxes for Sabo hooks in the absurd case that the killer find even a single hook around the school and you get an idea between the difference from randoms and swf and why they should be RELEGATED in custom matches)

I mean yeah, VC wouldn't bump solo q up to the same level as swf. But it'd certainly help make solo q a little more tolerable. And yeah you get bully SWFs but I find they are quite rare. No need to totally remove swf totally just because of a few obnoxious players. It would harm the game far more than help it.

Devs won't give a rework update on Nurse because they are not reworking her, perhaps?
I mean, far be it for me to suggest Survivors don't get to choose what is OP. Allot of them certainly act like they do.

It doesn't matter how much skill a killer requires to play, they don't suddenly become balanced just because they're hard to play.
you've made like 8 threads complaining about mediocre killer addons/perks and claiming you know exactly how the game should be changed because you're 'super high MMR' though you've only played "for a few weeks". i don't think anything you say can be taken seriously, you may as well be wearing a clown outfit
good idea, i haven't figured out yet if he's doing the deepest troll op or if he's actually just that overconfident and ignorant
dude you literally made threads demanding a nerf for Knight's addons and Whispers, there is 0 chance you're good.
regular matches are the only actual real matches, making something "only allowed in customs" is erasing it from the game.

Whispers is absolutely not even slightly close to strong enough that it demands a nerf. I can't think of a time I've even seen anyone use it in years. I used to love it myself, but I've stopped using it because it just isn't very strong when you can run aura reading or things like Discordance.
And it actually does require skill to use, you have to understand how to comprehend and make use of the information it's giving you (which isn't much).
Lethal Pursuer doesn't need nerfed either, and your nerf suggestions may as well have been "remove it from the game" lmfao
I don't remember what else you complained about, but I remember all of it was just silly. The thread you made about Knight's ultra rare blocking the gate was one of the funniest things I've read in a while.
You said you've started playing within the last month anyway, between that and your threads, that's proof enough.

no it's not... it's still present in the game, but it can't be abused anymore like before (things like the new moon bouquet and other retired offerings are essentially removed from the game because they aren't available even in custom for example)... wanna play with friends? that's fine, no problems, but you'll play with a killer that is also your friend, period. As i stated above (both at you and to another guy that disliked my thought about SWF) i told the reasons of my statement, MORE THAN VALID POINTS i might add... you are free to think otherwise, but the facts that i've mentioned aren't undeniable: solo and SWF won't EVER BE TO THE SAME POWER LEVEL, hence why SWF should be a feature present only in custom matches

eh... maybe yes , maybe not, it all depends from the players that you have in your team (imagine 3 little brats who keep raging and shouting all the time in VC... painful and a nightmare to say the least imo... sure, there should be also an option to silence VC, but then you'll be stuck in the previous situation where VC wasn't implemented in the game). SWF that want bully the killer aren't so rare as you can think, at least in my personal case they are not... 7 of 10 matches i've people that try to be more annoying/toxic as possible (if they succeded or fail to do so are another story tho).

It's always going to be mixed experience. And of course mute options would be available. I'm not saying it'd be a catch all to fix everything about solo q but it would benefit a number of individual games and a lot of players would learn from it.
And any downsides would simply be a mute button away from not being a problem

One Issue with Nurse is, that she is awfully strong in the right hands at PC, but she is tremendously hard to control on console.
I imagine her Console-Performance is terrible, which ends up in the Low Kill-Rate on average with 52%.
But how to fix this killer, so that PC and Console can use him? Thats a problem.
On PC = Broken in the right hands
On Console = id imagine very limited.

That's not really how it works, sorry. SWF is not a chest code nor an exploit, it's not the auto-ein you make it sound like either. With enough changes to the game, solo Q can at least become pretty close to SWF in power level. That is the real solution. Then you can see killer get buffed accordingly, and SWF won't be an issue anymore, killer will be equipped to deal with them.
Removing SWF would be one of the stupidest possible things they could do, and there's a 0% chance they'll ever do it. It doesn't even matter if it would be "healthy" for the game, they simply aren't going to.
You're right, the things you mentioned AREN'T undeniable. That's why I'm denying them.
Solo and SWF can be brought to a very similar power level at the very least. The game shouldn't crucify you for wanting to play it with a friend, and if you're that salty about getting 0ks that you think otherwise, I feel bad for you.

I am always surprised that some people are extremely critical of SWFs🤔
Basically, "SWF" is just "having fun with your friends" ... how is having fun with your friends wrong? 🤔
People will tell me: "SWFs are much stronger and/or have an advantage over SoloQs".
Well, in that case, give SoloQs additional ways to get information, in the form of graphical elements included in the HUD 😉
And in this way it will be possible to buff (more or less, depending on the case) some of the weaker killers 😊
And don't forget that SWF =/= power.
If you put in voice 4 people, with the best perks / items / addons / offerings, on Ormond / Garden of Joy ... if they have the level of mastery of a potato ... in voice or not, they will not go far 🤣
And even in teams of 4 that play vocal, it is quite common to find 1 or 2 weak links, which are easier to fall, if necessary 😉

Huh? Nurse may have the highest skill floor but nurses skill ceiling doesn't even touch blights skill ceiling in any world. You would have to be on that major copium for that. Blight beats nurse in terms of mechanics, strategy, potential counterplay vs blight and how to counter that and counter the counter to that counter. Nurses counter play is just 50/50 all the way but in reality the nurse should just blink near you then blink on top of you at 85% of tiles. Blight is the pinnacle of killer in every way and people that think nurse is really that hard have never played an actually difficult game to master unlike dbd. Again if you want to talk skill floor nurse takes the cake, but that takes like 4 hours if you are competent at video games to start stomping majority of lobbies.

Explain what makes nurses skill cap so high in chase please. Nurse is literally muscle memory incarnate and reading survivors. It's irrelavent that she can't m1 because her blink cd is so low. Her kit is just too basic to be compared to the skill cap of blight that literally no player has reach ever.

yeah, SWF doesn't make you skilled, it's just a "skill enhancer" persay, to have so much information
like let's say knowing all this stuff makes you 30% stronger, 0 skill + 30% is still 0 skill 😋
