Noed is not such a strong perk, he was not even close to DH, so I agree to even remove 3 Noeds, Haunted Ground and even let the gates open 5 seconds faster, and let DS give a stun for 6 seconds.

Don't see why not, as long as killer slowdown is nerfed to compensate and keep killrates the same.

Uhhh. Okay? I see dead hard on 3/4 survivors every game. Just like before the shakeup patch. I haven't seen noed in over a month.

Survivors can erase NoED. before it's useable Killers can't remove DH before it gets used.

It's up for debate whether Dead Hard needs to be changed at all, saying it needs to be removed is a bit of a reach.

Well, DH is still meta and its still a third Health state.
And most of the time as Killer I still don't see the animation for DH.

its time to FIX DH on eu servers. literally impossible to use this as a counteract perk, needs to be used as prediction due to server lag

The thing is if you actually took the time to test this i'd be willing to bet money that the time lost from a sprint burst is probably the same as the time lost from a dead hard. Dead hard just feels worse because you attack and feel like you were cheated out of a down. If dead hard was removed people would just whine about sprint burst being OP once survivors learned how to use it effectively.

Yes, except DH disincentivizes a killer from using their basic abilities (lunge, power) because the survivor snatches a 3rd health state out of thin air and gets a second chance when they were dead either way. Sprint Burst simply creates more distance.

Will admit, pre patch I never used dead hard, after patch it is EXCLUSIVELY in my perk list. Rarely take it off unless running a looting, gen rushing, or meme build. It rewards paying attention and timing. I've started waiting out dead hards as killer and it utterly destroys those survivors.

What you're not taking into account here is the distance the Killer loses because they were forced into attack cooldown, reducing their movespeed to a pitiful 14% for most of the animation. If you were to test it out, Dead Hard would beat out Sprint Burst by a pretty big margin.
