Hag (Even Punishment Trophy)
I know that without a shadow of a doubt I have done exactly as the trophy states (Even Punishment) and that is to hit all 4 survivors in a match after teleporting from your trap because it'll say "Phantasm Attack", I have seen where others are saying that this is bugged I was wondering if it is bugged or exactly what I'm doing wrong because something is without a doubt wrong with this trophy and it is the last trophy I need to get the platinum. I even farmed it with survivors to see if it was possibly bugged and it still didn't pop. It got to the point to where "Phantasm Attack" wouldn't even come up anymore and it just became a normal hit. There's for sure something wrong with this stuff counting.

Yep same here, one of the last 3 trophies I need for a platinum. I distinctly wrote on my notepad each survivor and checked them off when I got the phantasm attack. Please fix this bug!

I’m having the same problem on PlayStation. I even worked with the players twice, and still nothing. It’s one of my last trophies.

Yep, same issue here with the Hag. Even after the update today (Dec 6).

Yup this achievement along with the daily challenge of hitting a survivor after teleporting to your trap is bugged.
the bug appeared after the last patch. (Not the one yesterday, the patch before that)

I just completed getting Phantasm Attack on all 4 survivors and I didn't get the trophy. This is just 1 of 4 trophies I have left before the platinum. I JUST got the Survival Treasures trophy after it being bugged since I started in September, and now my hopes of Platinum are on hold again! :(

Since it is clear that the only way to get achievement-related bugs to the attention of the devs is to essentially annoy them into addressing it, I guess I will have to follow in FreyaHusbands footsteps as they handled Milk & Cookies.

Hag is in a terrible state right now. Bugged, slow, garbage. One of the worst killers in the game in current state.

This is fixed! I tried it after the latest update and it finally triggered. PS5
