If you could add anything 1 for the killer and for the survivor what would it be ?
This should at least be relatively balanced (let's do without adding 10000 generators or 9999 lives for survivors)
killers: since 99% of totem perks are weak and destroyed in the first second of the match, the killer will have an additional perk slot exclusively for the totem
the survivor can get up if he lies on the ground for more than a minute, it will help against the slug
but this does not depend on perks and works separately from the rise scale, so it will not be possible to abuse this with the help of quick rise perks

Base kit Corrupt Intervention, should've already been a thing years ago.
For survivor you should get a bonus percentage of shared blood points based on what your team does.

Killer: Basekit shadowborn as just a general QoL thing.
Survivor: The Ability to do totems in the dying state. I know this sounds kinda pointless but it gives survivors something to to do while slugged either get a hex/boon to help the team or just collect points cuz why not. Would make exponential real interesting as well.

Honestly, all I want for killer is a change to AFK crows so people can't drag out games for 20 minutes by playing hide and seek while doing a few simple tricks to never get them.
For survivor? Remove self unhooks completely outside of deliverance. Rework perks as needed.
For both sides? Survivors that DC or get 3 AFK crows are replaced by a bot (and the latter also gets the DC timer). DC timer only decays when you finish games without DCing.

Killer: corrupt or lethal for a better start
Survivor: Kindred or deja vu. Kindred for solos coordination and deja Vu so solos don't keep 3 gening us.
See if you can fit whispers in your build. Works wonders for those survivors.

FoV slider for killer, basekit kindred for survivor.
Also, for new abilities, being able to Corrupt totems to place hexes like how survivors place boons (once per match, but you get to choose where your hexes are) and for survivors, I saw a good idea in this thread about survivors being able to bless boons while downed, but I think if you're next to another downed survivor, you should be able to pick each other up.

Oh man this for sure. Literally almost every single game the last 2 survivors just refuse to touch gens and hide around the map waiting for the other person to be found. Wastes so much time. There should be a crow spawn if no one touches a gen in minutes.
I always just take the L if I'm on survivor in this position and try to move on to the next match without wasting everyone's time.

For killer : I'll join you on the hex train ! I think hexes should be replaceable on a different dull totem. It would take some time, not be immediate like Pentimento, but maybe take 10 to 15 seconds like booning a totem. That way it still has a downsides and breaking totems is stil meaningful, but you can replace your Blood Favour or your Ruin. Tokens would not carry over, to prevent Devour being broken. However, you could put Devour and Undying and replace Undying if you really want to protect it.
For survivor : base kit Kinship or Decisive Strike. If everyone knew that everyone has kinship, there would be a meaningful counter to camping more interesting than just coming for trades. Similarly, if everyone knew that everyone had Decisive Strike, killers whould bother less to tunnel.
Oh well, since I kinda gave 2 to survivor, I'll join the Corrupt Basekit train as well ! Would be nice setting my web with an extra perk instead of Corrupt. =)

Survivor: Being able to suicide/get up after being downed for x amount of time. Or a way to prevent ppl from rescuing you from hook when the killer is nearby.
Killer: Shattered hope basekit (tho blessing a totem should take less time) or make it so that every time a totem is snuffed, its blocked for survivors for x time.
Both: Being able to DC without penalties if another player DCs soon after the match starts (x time). And removal of gen progress related perks/add-ons/items.

I know this is really minor but i would like to see hook states as a killer too. It just makes it harder for killers who don't want to tunnel
For survivor remove self unhook outside of perks that guaranty it. It's just used as a easy way to get out of a match that usually could be turned around if people just tried

Survivor - (Item) Phone 📱
* Survivors carry phones which contain 3 charges (battery life) When activated, survivors can call other survivors. The call reciever can choose to accept or reject. If the receiving survivor accepts, the caller will get the ping location (icon) for the location of that survivor. This would be ideal for solo players calling for help for heals, to double up on a gen or get together to go for a save. Its basically a buff to solo players. The drawback to using a phone, would be that the vibration of the call being relatively loud enabling the killer to hear it if close by. Would be amusing if the survivor was hiding in a locker when the phone went off.
Killer - To be able to regress the exit switch by interacting with it. This would combat 99% of exit gate progress, forcing survivors to actually open it and think about leaving promptly.

Base-Kit Whispers (I suck at finding people without it) for killers. I also want Undying to get buffed to working two times instead of once. Would help with build diversity.
For survivors, I've been wanting action icons for a while and since they're bringing them, um, well......Allow me to store more than one heal with Inner Strength?

Kind of hard question with this game but if I had to choose one....
1. Killers should have basekit Whispers but as an icon on the hud instead of a whole ass perk slot.
2. This might sound evil but the ability to have a lock on a gen to prevent other survivors from doing it for a duration of time. 1 per game just to stop people from causing 3 gens
