Possible Charm Shop?

For some cases of charms from rifts that were missed, It be a great opportunity to bring them in a shop of there own, coarse separated between the categories of Survivor, Killer, and both

While obviously most charms could still keep their special rarity from events and such, just having that chance to be able to buy old charms i feel would be a great deal overall for everyone...

totally not because i barely started playing last year and missed out on the L4D rift and Chompski charms
