Bugged Trophy (Even Punishment)

I was doing the trophies on Playstation towards the platinum and noticed that the trophy (Even Punishment) for the Hag was not popping up even though I had hit all survivors at least once as well as all of them counting as a phantasm attack as well. I have also looked up on other forums and noticed this bug has happened to other people as well starting as soon as a month ago. Apparently, these attacks do not count towards daily challenges as well even though this has not happened to me personally.
