Lunar Event rewards
Someone put in this forum what we should be expect for 7th year in this game. So we know that answer now. NOTHING especial. ALL rewards for lunar event are recolors, prime game is an another recolor. What is the problem on give us a entire and fresh pieces? This is a laziest job ever, and Jesus, we have 30+ survivors in this game. Stop making skins just for feng.

Yea, Haddie is in such a catch-22. They don't give her new outfits cause nobody plays her, nobody plays her cause she doesn't have many good outfits.

The new Legion one is pretty dope. But yeah, the reward rewards are lame. Probably the lamest event rewards I've seen in ages.

Anniversary and Halloween skins are also recolors. Even the majority of Rift tiers are recolors. Nothing really new in that regard.

All I ask is for 1 store skin for Haddie that isn’t a recolour or a locked set. But nah Vittorio is their new thirst trap and cash cow so he’ll be getting skins every update

That legion outfit was released 3 years ago for Year of the Rat. This year is Year of the Bunny and Feng and Vittorio get limited time outfits (Feng's is cute, Vittorio's is ugly and generic.)

Excuse you, but that is one of Susie's best outfits. It was the first full outfit i bought for her, even before her main outfits.

Oh I like the outfit (and may end up burning some shards on it), it's just a little sad that it's a recolor.

Feng is chinese, and this is the chinese new year event. Normally I'd agree with you, but this is the one event where Feng gets a pass.

What? How is it a recolor? Which outfit is it a recolor of? At that point you might as well say that every Legion outfit is a recolor.

The FREE rewards aren't the same quality as the new ones you need to buy or earn through the event? Weird.
Also, Prime rewards are intentionally lackluster because every time they're not, everyone complains about them being locked behind Prime, and FOMO and predatory marketing tactics.

I mean I guess it depends. Other than the Plague one that was an old Rift outfit, I have thought the Prime rewards have been pretty good. That Trickster Mask is literally the one from his trailer that we've never had before, and the Legion knife is pretty amazing if you play Legion. Also, the very first Prime reward is a Haddie outfit, one of only three non-recolors she has since launch.
Heck I know a Smite streamer that loves crows/ravens and when she saw the "crow lady" skins, she bought Dead by Daylight just to enter the code for the skins. She had no desire to play Dead by Daylight at the time, but knew if she ever did, she'd regret not getting those skins. Well, finally now she's started playing so I gifted her A Portrait of Murder and showing her and a bunch of others in her community who have started playing since she did. So I'd say that the Prime skins have done their job.

Compared to Swamp Monster Hag, Snowman Dredge and Scarecrow Kate they are pretty low effort it's true, I guess Lunar New Year just isn't an event they wanna put that much effort into? Like Anniversary, Halloween and Christmas seem to be their main things. I'd of course love better free skins for this event but I'm just happy the envelopes will be back.
Also Haddie is not, infact, a baddie.

Snowman Dredge has basically made him my new main overnight. I hate his Cucumber The Conqueror design, but holy crap is he a fun killer.
