Moonlight Burrow Daily Log In Rewards Bug

I am not getting my log in rewards for the Moonlight Burrow event. I logged in on January 17 and January 18 (today), and did not get either the Nurse's gown or the Zarina head.
What am I missing? Is there something I need to click on? I completely logged in and out both days and nothing.

Can you check if you already have them from a previous Event - so check if they are in your customisations? I have seen players say they've received the rewards but not got the pop-up and others that have already got them.

Thank you for the suggestion. I was clicking on the "outfit" tab thinking I would see the Nurse's "festive gown" there, but it's just under the "shirt" tab (or, in this case, "dress" tab, LOL).
