That's not what they eliminated. They made it impossible to be blinded while you pull them when they are inside a locker.
What you're showing is a grab during an animation, like a vault, which is still possible. Different key bind as well.

So it wasn't fixed to affect survivors in animation leaving a locker, but seems like it should be.

That flash seems to go awfully fast, and felt very late too.

There was another incident earlier in the match where I was blinded immediately like this, looked down right away, but stayed blinded for about 6 seconds. No other flashlight or blinding sounds. Seemed pretty sus, but the people in this group with visible profiles had 8k+ hours each, so seemed unlikely for them to be cheaters. Just hate losing a 150 game win streak and not knowing for sure if you just got outplayed or if cheaters were involved.

You should record all your games, especially if you go against strong teams (meaning you probably have a high enough MMR to go against cheaters).
I think one of the last cheaters I've been again had been 4 years on Steam, its account is now marked with its first game ban.

Locker grabs are still flash savable. If you open the locker you'll have immunity. Besides that, this flashlight blind is way to fast. You have might faced a cheater.
