Guards won't go through recently dropped pallets

if a survivor drops a pallet in front of a guard they will often pathfind around it instead of through it. Sometimes they will just start wandering randomly when this happens.

  just wanted to add it seems ending your power in front of a wall or object will also make them start wandering aimlessly
