PS4 - Even Punishment Trophy Broken

The Even Punishment trophy for Hag is not working and I have tried it multiple times .
Load in game, Use Hag, teleport to Phantasm traps and hit all 4 individual survivors at least once. Everytime I do this challenge it never works.

Wow you’re right. They fixed it after 3 months without ever once acknowledging the issue or even mentioning it in any updates/patch notes.
