With Birkin now a skin for Blight... (hopes for future RE legendaries)
... Can we ask for Lady Demitrescu for Artist, and Heisenberg for Trickster?
Lady D for Artists would make the most sense due to already similar weapons/design, and the Birdheads could be replaced with her daughters and bugs/flies
Heisenberg would make most sense for Trickster, both due the hammer as weapon and the ability to fling (small) metal objects at survivors. with him the biggest animation change would probably be the ability one changing from holding knives to hovering shrapnels?
Dunno who the other Lords would fit with, but these two would very much work

My absolute pipe dream would be for BHVR to make legendary cosmetics actually change the way the power looks, so we can get Donna and Angie as a legendary skin for the Twins. Even just the thought of Angie scampering around on all fours snarling and gnashing brings me so much joy...
As for Lady D, I'd sooner have her as a skin for the Knight, if we're allowing the skin to change how the power looks. The three Guards replaced with the three daughters. Artist could totally work too, though.

I feel like Lady D. has a very simple issue: She's just too big.
A not insignificant part of what is striking about Lady D. is her sheer size. For her to work in DbD she'd need to be shrunk down significantly if you don't want her to clip through basically every doorway. I just think that would severely lessen what she was in RE8. Nemesis already got shrunk down somewhat for DbD, sure, but the lady is far taller than Nemesis.
As for the other lords, not sure if I'm sold on Heisenberg as a Trickster skin. He essentially has telekenesis so i guess "throwing" knives could work, but they'd need to do a significant overhaul his animations if they want it to be faithful.
Moreau is an easy Blight skin, though now that he has Birkin I don't really see him getting another Legendary.
Donna and Angie as Twins could work, but again, they'd need to majorly overhaul the animations and also the props used.

Now that we got William Birkin I kinda want an Annette Birkin legendary too, extra points if there's special voice lines between them both for interacting with each other in game.

I feel like Heisenberg would be more along the lines of Deathslinger or Hillbilly considering how both Killers revolves around having some mechanical know-how.

Thought so too at first, but his MO is more fitting for Trickster. Slinger and Billy would require entirely new MOs and pretty much turn them into complete new killers by contrast

I mean Billy would just be replacing their chainsaw with his hammer but it would require new animations, and Slinger can fundamentally work the same considering how Heisenberg has made weaponry before and could easily just use a spear-gun he made.
But I must remind you, they are legendary skins for a reason, they are suppose to fundamentally change a huge portion of the character, and the Hunk + Birkin cosmetics do change animations.

Yeah, but they don't change them that massively, and that was my train of thought here. Legendary cosmetics should -not- essentially make a complete new way of playing a killer.
Blightkin still uses Blight's basics, as does HUNK with legion. Not to mention the argument of 'complete new characters' can very well be used for those skins on trickster and artists as well.
