Its not reportable.

That's not reportable. The whole "toxicity" report thing is basically exclusively for actual hate-speech and threats.
10 -
It's not reportable, it's encouraged. Hookcamperlol gets 500+ viewers doing it on twitch
1 -
Just take your lick and go next. It’s not that serious.
3 -
No it is not
1 -
Sadly it's not. I mean thate is even an animation for hitting a survivor on the hook and it would be kinds weird if this is a bannable offense. It sucks but at the end of the day they just want a reaction from you. Don't give them what they want.

My friend simple answer if the killer does it it's not reportable haha

Not reportable, unfortunately - because wow is that just poisonous.
The devs have a really bizarre idea of toxicity. Anything short of actual IRL threats or hatespeech isn't just tolerated - they view it as an integral part of online gaming.
I disagree with them for the record - I think this stance is a decade out of date and really contributes to a game that's insanely unwelcoming to newbies. But it's not my call.

he wasnt nice at all in end game chat neither so maybe he get in trouble for that if they even brother reading all that was read to start with
0 -
... why would that be reportable?
Like yeah I completely agree it's a douchey thing to do but I'm not sure what rule it would be breaking.
Also as far as being mean in endgame chat, as mentioned above, BHVR believe that hurling abuse at others is part of online gaming.

Being unsportsmanlike?
1 -
I've always found it weird they have that as a report category when they've taken a firm stance that they welcome unsportsmanlike behaviour.
3 -
Yeah, it's just...why?
I remember League. The game was a notorious cesspool of toxicity - then they added Tribunal and, within 6 months, it was 500% better and people acting like salty buffoons was just so reduced.
2 -
About as reportable as tbagging in the exit gate for the whole egc - sadly, none at all.
Aggravating each other is the desired playtstyle by the devs.
6 -
It is not reportable, just as teabagging isn't. To be honest, hitting a survivor on hook should be removed, it only promotes toxicity while also being annoying for killers, since hooked survivors have a massive hitbox which makes it terrible to hit a rescuer.

I get why we get bothered about face camping, but why do people hate so much when killers keep hitting them on hook?
It's so silly, I find it even a little funny, it means I played well and the guy got mad
Some people are really mad about anything... There is so much you can be mad at in this game, being hit on hook it's just silly.

I can totally understand your position, normally, that's also my stance, I'm all up for a bit of trolling, and in many games I would find that funny.
The problem is that in DBD, it's really funny for 10 seconds, until you realize that as the facecamped survivor you are basically out of the game, as in solo queue nobody will bother saving you. So while from the outside it looks like a situation that is entertaining, survivor players are used to see it and know what it really means is that they will sit 2 minutes on a hook, without being able to do anything about it, without getting BPs, most likely de-pip, then have to wait in queue again for 2 minutes, etc. and all of that while getting BM'd by the killer without any possibility to fight back (they can't even write in chat).
Basically, it's like somebody telling you a good joke, but then they keep telling you the same joke over and over. What's funny at first becomes stale and frustrating very quick.
Not to mention, solo queue is in such a miserable state, that this kind of BM, coupled with tunneling+camping, is making the game very discouraging for players on a loss streak and especially new players. Look at hookcamperlol's stream, half of his survivors don't last for more than 10 seconds in chase. Imagine a new player's reaction when after waiting in queue for 5 minutes, they play the game for 30 seconds, then they get hit on hook for 2 minutes, then they are sent back to the lobby.

not reportable. makes the time go by faster

That was a lore accurate Bubba ,over the course of your dbd career you will learn to love and appreciate these Bubbas,,,Jokes aside it's not reportable and a word of advice if i may ,don't take it too seriously,,i always bust a giggle when Bubba does it in my games even if it's me on hook

It's no more reportable than survs who stand around at the exit gate with nothing to do, or tbagging.
1 -
It doesnt, common misconception
1 -
It's not reportable. Granted it's extreme disrespect and bm from the type of player who lives to make other players lives miserable and somehow extracts enjoyment from that.
Best just to move onto the next game and hope the killer is a little friendlier/respectful. And also try not to perpetuate it by teabagging or torch clicking killers you do get the better of. Air's nice and fresh up on the moral high ground.
Friendly killers do exist. I tend to lean that way. If survs bm I just do my best to kill them. Sometimes i miiight succumb to temptation and nod/hit a surv on hook if they have been particularly obnoxious. But usually I just keep it clinical and do my level best slap them on a hook. But if my survs just play the game and don't show any BM I'll usually let one or two go at the end of the match once it's clear I would've won.

And that's my point exactly, if you're going to be face camped, it better be for a low-life troll that probably is doing that cause he got his ass whooped many times before and can't deal with that. I wish people would see it like that, it would remove so much weight out of the game for them.
You see, I used to play with 2 friends and they both stopped playing for the camping and the tunneling, I'm the only one remaining, not cause I like being tunneled and camped, but cause in my head if the match is over for me, I'll just jump right into the next one. No strings attached. They used to bring their frustrations from one match to the other and that's when it became too much for them.

it is not reportable. however, i would like to encourage everyone to use the same form for reporting players and select the "feedback" option and send a personal message to the support to let them know that you don't enjoy it. the more players do this, the more likely it is that something will change.

"Without freedom of speech, we wouldn't know who the idiots are."
The same principle applies here.
