Killers should have a way to give up
When a survivor faces something really annoying like a 3 gen Situation that doesn't end because the killer is not leaving the area they have the option to give up. They letting themselves get downed and get killed on hook so they are faster in the next Match that is hope fully more fun.
What options does the killer have? None except to not chase and let them work on gens so they hope fully leave faster. But in reality that doesn't work because the survivors will swarm around the killer when they notice he has given up
Just give killers the option to open Gates at any point. The endgame timer begins and after that he can find a new Match. When the killer does that he doesn't earn any bloodpoints from the rounds because the entity is dissapionted or Idk

Wouldn't be against that. Would prevent hostage situations as well when 2 survivors hide with too many gens left, though it means they'll probably escape.
Another solution for that should be implemented to prevent it in the first place, but this would be a last resort solution.

In my personal experience, if you go AFK it will fast become boring for survivors.

It doesn't matter that those two hiding mongrels will escape.
THEY WONT DO GENS no matter what, even when the killer stands out in the open afk for 10 minutes, they most of the time don't do jack but crouching around, hiding in lockers and trying to outstealth their "teammate".
Even worse if it's more than 1 gen.
I had one game where i just stood out in the open, went to the bathroom, did some other stuff and came back 20 minutes later and still not one gen done.

I've played games where I just left, made a whole ass panini and some tea, came back and the survs were still clicking at me and vaulting around the map. They're like toddlers when they don't get the attention they crave.

Survivors can already give up at the slightest experienced inconvenience. If killers could too, we’d hardly ever see full games.
Survivor - gives up after going down too fast.
Killer - gives up after first gen pops too fast.
ETC ETC.
Not a great idea.

Honestly? Just tunnel and facecamp in that situation. Practice your power/looping skills.
They'll either throw the game saving or they'll just slam gens and leave. In either case, your torment will end.

I'm not saying do it all the time, just if you're genuinely having as bad a game as OP describes you may as well do that to get it over with.
People will swarm you and not do gens if you go afk because they can, if you forcibly progress the game they've got no choice but to do the same.

It wouldnt have to be unconditional, you could do it in a way where it wouldnt be available until after say the 5-7 minute mark, which is more than enough time for efficient survivors to nuke a lower skilled killer.
