I like this picture but actually I found it from the Internet, what do you think the about the one who did this? I mean what application? Is it photoshop or artstation or what type of app did he/she used?

  So I looked up the artist on Instagram and they do digital art and draw stuff themselves. They also make brushes and sheets for other artists to use and help other artists out.
