Adept Killer achievements bugged?

Edit: nvm, i figured it out, didnt know they had to be in order
I got Merciless multiple times on Oni and Blight and no achievement. Yes, I used only their perks.

Even when doing it in order you can still have the achievement not trigger: source my hag game two days ago.
