perk "Overcome" breaks logic
Dear developers, pay attention to the "Overcome" Skill, in addition to exhaustion, you need to heal to a completely healthy one in order to be able to use it. Why is that? It should be removed from attrition skills as it gives a small movement speed bonus of only 2 seconds. Or make it so that the treatment takes 50% less time. The "Balanced Landing" perk has the property of not slowing down after falling, so why should "Overcome" be garbage that does nothing.
If you don't want 50% healing speed then increase movement speed like other depletion perks to 3 seconds or even 4 seconds as you can only use the perk if you are healthy, which is extremely rare.
If you don't want to build in 50% healing speed again or increase the duration by 3-4 seconds. Then make it so that the vulnerability does not work for the owner and he is guaranteed to survive the blow and accelerate for a miserable 2 seconds.
When tunneling an assassin, this perk generally becomes garbage.

The "Balanced Landing" perk has the property of not slowing down after falling, so why should "Overcome" be garbage that does nothing.Because one has a very specific condition that (mostly) works on one place in all maps and the other requires you being hit.
But sure yeah, the perk is bad, it should work when you have endurance also.

Most survivor perks are situational garbage.

I will even correct that one, because BL gets slowed down by falling - the stagger effect is greatly reduced, not deleted. Otherwise full agreement

Balanced Landing only reduces the stagger after falling when you are not exhausted.
But I do agree, that as long as you aren't exhausted, it should work on endurance hits.

Overcome is fine, it's probably the most consistently activatable exhaustion perk in the game. Unless youre facing a plague or someone with exposed, you're guaranteed to get value of it. The same can't be said for lithe, balanced, dead hard, smash hit, and certainly not head on. The only exhaustion perk that's more consistent is Sprint Burst, but if you want to make sure you're using it when you actually need it, you have to walk everywhere.

Overcome is not garbage. Not even close. I use this perk all the time with lucky break, quick and quiet, Bite the Bullet and a medkit. The total speed burst is like 3.8 seconds.

Also, any perks that give vulnerability, and this is almost 20% of the perks for the killer, do not even allow you to use the "Overcome" perk.
perk "Overcome" is currently no better than an empty slot for 4 perks

People are really sleeping on Lithe. It's the 2nd consistent perk to get value because you'll always find a window somewhere (or a pallet).

People REALLY don’t understand that overcome INCREASES the 1.8 second speed boost on hit by an extra 2 seconds, its actually very good
