What to add in the description

I have multiple times had games where I have hit four survivors individually, and seen the phantasm attack pop up. After the fourth game of this (had 8 in total, only counted the ones I was positive on) I looked at PSN profiles. There has been NO ONE who has had this trophy since 22nd November, coincidently when the new Chapter released. I believe the trophy is currently bugged since this update.

Additional information

Played the Hag, made sure it was Phantasm attacks I counted on each survivor.

    Its bugged. Tons of posts about this issue, nothing happened. My last trophy for platinum

    This is fixed! I tried it after the latest update and it finally triggered. PS5
