how to report hacker with "streamer mode"
I just played a Onryo match.
However, I could not blind her. I look down... and she had overwhelming presence icon. She had lightborn.
She did the slug troll build and moried
She destroys us and at the tally screen, she had call of brine, brutal strength, eruption, overcharge.
This player was in streamer mode.... what?!

Do the in-game reporting, grab the video, and don't worry about not having the Steam ID that isn't required anymore. Just follow the steps and send it in.

The scoreboard just has a horrible, horrible layout that makes accessing the report page counter intuitive.
To access it, you have to hover your mouse over the "escaped/died" or "killer" logo on the right side of the scoreboard.
It will prompt a "Thumbs up/Thumbs down" icon, and if you click on it, it takes you to the report screen, where you can select your report reason between cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, griefing or harassment.
This will flag the match for BHVR to identify when you submit your support ticket.

Reporting someone, with or without Anonymous Mode, is the same; as @JPLongstreet correctly pointed out, nametags, profile links and SteamIDs are not required anymore.
You have to first flag the match by clicking on the thumbs up/down button to the right of their name in the tally screen, then you can open a ticket using the chat bot on the Support website (https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight), giving all the information and required evidence.
If your clip is too heavy to be attached to the ticket, you can upload it to Youtube as unlisted and post the link in the ticket.

I reported a hacked legacy player.
"Sandra" from the response team asked me for my player ID??
Why aren't they combing through this players account to find out they prestiged 3 9/19/16 but somehow have ALL their characters p3??
