What is the current status of the nightmare on elm street license?
I have been a Quentin main for sooooo long, and I dream about the day that my boy get a new skin. Could somebody explain to me how possible is that in the future and why the licence holders are being so stingy with the skins? Is there a way that this can change?
I would be satisfied even with a recolord (Red jacket Quentin is my dream)
I would love if the mods get me some insight in the matter.
It's just so sad seing the Fengs, Dwight, Meg, etc get their skin number one billion while I still got here sucking my thumb hahaha

well..
the license holders have been pretty tied from the beginning, insisting on the reboot version instead of original for example.
though at least they have renewed the licensing unlike Netflix/Stranger Things license holders so there is that. Also they have agreed to the Quentin model update changes which were pretty significant after all and might have agreed to Badham map visual update.
though this also means since those have been done a long time ago they apparently didn’t use the chance to expand the cosmetic choices in the in-game store and as it hasn’t happened yet despite everything… I would say it is VERY likely never happening. Saying that as someone who would love more Quentin cosmetics (I would do unspeakable things for an Ugly Sweater for Quentin)
Also I think it’s a little unfair to compare a licensed character to an original in terms of cosmetics, I mean, even the licensed characters with many options such as Cheryl (? Which ones even do have many options?) can’t compare to Feng and the others.
