NERF DEAD HARD TO THE GROUND LIKE ERUPTION
Dead hard in my opinion is better than it was.
Because now you hit the survivor with endurance they get a big ass speed boost and make it to another pallet or multiple.
Before : you swing (they dead hard) and dont get the huge speed boost but have a big DH distance
WHAT THEY SHOULD DO: You dead hard (no endurance) (no big dead hard distance) and you just avoid the hit without making way too much distance.
I dont give a damn if you disagree but tell me what you think anyway ( I PLAY BOTH SIDES EQUALLY)

My opinion is Dead hard is fine how it is. It’s easy to counter and is equally rewarding to a survivor if they pull it off successfully.

dead hard could use a nerf but i want it changed so you don't have to act like every survivor has it. it effects your play even when it's not being used and just adds another layer of annoyance to the game as a killer.

I’m a hard killer main, but we can’t ignore that many survivor perked got dusted. Spine chill, self care, OG DH, MoM, iron will.. I’m all for killer love, but survivors have gotten the treatment too.

Bruh none of those perks got nerfed to the ground. Most of them just stayed the same and got dethroned by even better perks like Off The Record and Circle of Healing. Spine Chill and MoM are still usable and new DH is still meta.

Name one meta survivor perk that was nerfed to the ground. Even weakened DS is still used in tournaments as a backup second chance perk.

Dead Hard is absolutely not better than it was, that's crazy talk.
Annoying still? Sure, but it was flat out busted before.
When I get burned by it now, 8/10 times it's just my own impatience in not waiting it out (and yes, there are quite a few auto-head harders out there, though not as many as some make out).
Nerfing it more and not allowing distance just means you follow up with another hit and down them anyway; the only thing more they could do with it now is just to remove it.
Which isn't going to happen.
I'll take the way it is all day over survs just hitting E and yeeting themselves to a pallet or window. It was flat out a mistake eraser.

None of those perks stayed the same? They were all heavily nerfed. Spine chill is garbage and MoM takes a ridiculous amount of setup to get value.

I agree with your other perks but spinechill is better now at detecting stealth killers, denying it is literally lying, but the other perks, yeah they got clapped.

I probably shouldn't even have an opinion since I've never used DH in my life. But I do watch content creators, and I watched one (killer main) claim new DH is better than old, but then proceed to play 3 survivor games with DH and not get a single bit of value. I can find old YT videos of this streamer using old DH and getting value always, without fail. They were quick to applaud the killers for waiting the DH out, but ignored the fact that they kept panicking and hitting DH when the killer was a mile away from them. But they'll never ever say there's a degree of skill to it because it would mean admitting they lack that skill and the survivors they go up against are skilled enough to use it properly.

Eh. Nobody used spine chill for anything other than vault speed.
And nobody who has a lick of sense uses it simply for stealth killers. It’s pretty bad now.

Self Care - its now more or less a killer perk, outside of that one build where you pair it off with Bite The Bullet.

Honestly, the dead hard nerf would be easy. Just don't give them a free sprint burst from being hit and then survivors would actually need to use it around loops.

DH is so OP that I get value out of it when I'm not even running it lol. I live watching killers waste 5+ seconds trying to bait something I don't have :)

Yeah I still don't buy the "its skillful now" argument people are presenting. Like unless its a huntress with the hatchet speed addon its more of a free speed boost vs m2's while being a complete gamble when someone decides to ride your ass to hit you instead of a lunge which is also just another free loop at the least.

If not even trying to nerf perks to still be usable is their goal, then there’s absolutely no reason to not give the same treatment to DH. We’ve lost Ruin, Thana, and now Eruption while all the nerfed survivor perks are still usable unlike those pieces of crap.

If u play blight everything is easy however for m1 killers its a problem when close to structures.

I agree, that DH should get removed.
I disagree with the fact, that DH is better than the old on. Yes, if you get hit by DH its better than the old one, but now you cant use DH at any time at the chase to get an extra loop. The reson i think it should be removed is, because it is really really frustrating. One DH on one a good survivor is like getting hit by Erruption three times, while the gen is 99%. Means 4 DH is like getting hit by Erruption twelf times in one round. Maybe for the survivors its fun to play, but Erruption was fun to play too as Killer, but got nerved because it was unfun to play against. DH shouldnt exist like it is now for the same reson.

If Eruption was too much for survivors after a few months then we should obliterate dead hard since it has been overpowered for years.

Really bad argument, because the current strength of Spine Chill against Stealth Killers is only a temporary solution until the Devs implement their visual TR-Indicator for people who have trouble hearing.
