Can perks that speed up and slow down/regress gens be removed?

They'd have to be replaced and that's a good handful of perks. But it sounds like you want OG dbd with no gen kick.

Don't forget removing Toolboxes too :)
My suggestion was remove toolboxes (no brand new parts), and make Sabo base kit on a cooldown.

If you did that you would have tunneling in every single match. We need the game slowed down enough at base for that to be reasonable.
