new 100% wiggle bug
- killer dropped me around 75% wiggle progress
- recovered around 70%
- killer picked me back up and wiggle bar was 100%
- I didn't drop but continue to wiggle for a good 2-3 full seconds before hoking me
playing nea
perks equipped: circle of healing, appraisal, plunders instinct, ace in the hole
happened twice within 48 hours, temple of purgation and eyrie of crows

I had this myself at least three times as well. Needs some special timing though - I think progress is just not enough that the drop stuns the killer, but the progess when being picked up again is already 100% - so the next skill check does also not trigger the stun, it looks like rather the progress is reset (as I had it once that I could wiggle free as the killer was carrying me over quite some distance after that. Still the progress bar did not change and stayed at 100% the whole time.

Same here. Doesn't matter the map or the killer. it just won't let me wiggle free
