If this mean all the other 27 killers are going to be fixed, reworked and balanced around Wesker level, i'm in for your suggestion
But i guess you don't understand why you're facing always those killer right ?

Well, with killers being locked in before searching, this seems like a completely possible idea. However, if you’re at an MMR where you’re seeing the 3 strongest killers on repeat, then search times might be problematic.
Is it better to play 3 difficult / unfun matches in the same timeframe as sitting in a lobby for 1 good match? Everyone has their own opinion on that.

Because their Add-ons, not necessarily their powers, are busted or am I missing something? I hope they'll get rebalanced too.

I play both Killer and Survivor so I just flip flop whenever I see the x% bonus cause I know I'll get a match quickly. However, I understand this could be an issue.
