Flashlight bug

Can not burn wraith, flashlight save is not working, blinding with flashlights is also buggy. I had the bug and my friends. Different Killers.

I had this bug both as killer (Legion) and survivor. As a survivor I could't flash Wraith too, in the game as Legion flashlight users couldnt blind me and I wasn't running perk "lightborn" but the effect was the same
