Is nowhere to hide could be the next meta?
I started to feel that this perk is kinda good for all players using it, even for me i always use it like 90% for all killers i play.
Do you think its balanced or will people come and start complaining about it? Just like eruption nerf?

I'm expecting a slight nerf to the distance/cd. I've had 3 gen situations where it basically meant I knew where everyone was, regardless of which gen I or they were on.
If it gets ignored, it'll push Distortion higher in the meta again, which tbf, it should be.

On the vast majority of killers this is inconsequential. Really only Nurse and Blight can capitalise on this... which is all the more reason why the aura reading range should probably be locked on the generator instead of the killer.

That the one where you kick a Gen and you can see nearby aura? If so, it will possibly make the hit list, but I doubt it. It’s less in your face about its proc, it doesn’t hurt Gen progression and you can get similar aura reading benefits from opening a locker or hooking a survivor. Honestly I don’t think Survivors are afraid of being seen, they get the most agitated when taking Gen progression or Killers that destroy looping.
They are currently running out the anti-Gen perks and then they will move on to the “boring” Killers before any of these aura reading perks lol~

In the gen kick meta this perk fits perfectly, it needs some adjustement

Why? It's a 24 meter range. It's fine.

To be fair, the range moves with the killer, whereas it would make a little more sense for it to be locked on the gen for the centre of effect. Add Lethal Pursuer and move away after kicking, and you get a 24m, 8 second aura reading letting you spot survivors 30m's away from that gen.

And that combo takes up two out of four perk slots a Killer can use. Doesn't seem that broken to me.

Well, Lethal Pursuer is only extending the aura reading for 3 seconds. You get the same effect with just Nowhere To Hide, you just have a 5 second window instead.
I wouldn't call it broken, just OP.

It was like that upon release and it was considered a bug. They changed it recently. I agree it made more sense in the bugged version.
When the other two perks are CoB and either OC or PR that's already meta material. You regress gens fast and immeditely push away any survivor who could stop the regression. And tbf, Lethal is really not needed in that build, you can just use a 3rd slowdown to fill the slot, which has been the case in these months.

A balanced perk, definitely doesn’t need nerfs.

The range should be centered on the gen, not the killer. Other than that don't think it needs any other changes.

I find this perk really useful for kicking a gen then knowing where the survivor is going at the start of the chase to lose the least amount of time

It and Overcharge will probably increase in usage rate as the replacements to Eruption. I don’t think it needs a nerf though.
