Why this Nea skin from the rift V has never returned yet? Almost 3 years
Everything from tome V already returned, but not this Nea outfit. Tome 5 - Unleashed was released in 21 October 2020.

I'm still waiting on the Nea outfit from the saw tome. Woulda thought we would have it by now.

Yeah I've noticed that it takes a lot longer for certain tome or rift skins to come over into the shop. Idk why, it took a long while to get milkman billy into the shop for example, he was just added a couple days ago.

It's not guaranteed that all the old rift cosmetics will come back to the store.

I like her Treacherous Waters one that's still not in the shop. I just like the jellyfish on it. Something different.

The website only ever said that most would return, not all.
Confirmed again here (from December 2020 - this may be outdated. If you have a more recent source that contradicts this post it)
This post again does not say that all items return. "some" and "most" imply that in fact not all items will return.

I would actually play Nea more if this outfit was released. It's pretty cool. I'm not a fan of most of her cosmetics

Bhvr confirmed no more exclusives and they're doing exclusives today left right and center.

This outfit along with Rabid Seadog for Legion and Office Santa for Dwight (which I annoyingly have part of, as I started the game during Rift VI but wasn't able to finish it in time because I had only like two weeks and was new to the game) are "Mobile Exclusives" that were brought over to the main game. It seems that those remain "Mobile Exclusives" for those who didn't get them in the RIft. I am HOPING they will eventually come to the store, but.... who knows?

I hope they re-release eventually, they look really damn good and it's a shame to not see them come back. :(

Nope, just looked. That outfit shown in the photo does not exist in the store.
EDIT: OH you said from the SAW tome... Yes, that one was recently added along with Pig's "Amanda's Rebirth" outfit.

I don't know if this was on free track or not but here's my Hot take,, i think any cosmetic on the PAID rift track shouldn't ever be made available for in game currency, also paid track should never have recolors of existing skins, its lazy work
