Are we ever going to see more killer add-on passes?
It's been ages since we last saw one and there are still loads of killers that have add-ons that are completely out of line with those who have had add-on passes.
Take for example Hag, 90% of her add-ons do practically nothing for her, while a few of the remaining ones make playing against her nearly impossible for anyone who isn't a 4 man with flashlights, unless you want to spend 95% of a match crouching around.
Or Blight, while, despite being arguably the second strongest killer in the game, has an add-on equivalent to Huntress replenishing allof her hatchets automatically for hitting one of them.
Or Nemesis, 90% of his add-ons are small number increases that have laughable impact at best, while his best one's, that weren't even all that bad to play against, get nerfed quite heavily.
I feel as though the add-ons of at least a couple of killers need to be altered in the near future, especially seeing as game health is such a focal point currently. It really shouldn't feel as though bringing add-ons for the killers who haven't yet been looked at should be an all or nothing scenario.

Yeah even Knight who just got released has 90% of his addons as near useless. They’re never going to get ahead of the work load if they’re adding to the pile faster than we’re getting them fixed. Like Knights addons shouldn’t have made it to live in the state they are.

I can understand them being backed up, however it isn’t a good explanation for releasing the perks in such a bad state to begin with because they did in fact have the development time there and just dropped the ball, except it drops more often than not.
They also have said though that they “in general” think the killers are in a pretty good state..which in itself explains all the balance problems with addons if they feel that way because they are factually not. I think this stems from putting too much weight in kill stats which are flawed for a multitude of so many reasons that they are near worthless. Anyway basically saying that they probably think more addons are more decently alright than they actually are, hence why we get release addons like Knights. They probably think Knights addons are good is my point I guess.

I agree with this. The killers that need a addon pass the most is Freddy, Pyramid head, Nemesis and Knight. There addons suck

Add Hillbilly and Deathslinger to the list.

Presumably Twins will see many add-on changes. At some point...

Freddy needs an Addon-Pass ASAP. His addons are mostly trash. I mean, 3x Dream Pallets, 3x 4% Skillcheck-Penalty, Hemmorhage and Blindness. What is this?
And the best part: 3x better hearing when asleep. WOW, AMAZING. Whoever thought about the louder footsteps or Grunts of Pain etc. needs to get fired, if not already happened.

You misspelled "Hillbilly".
Jokes aside. Pretty much one third of all killers could use an addon pass. Pyramid Head's, Deathslinger's, Twins', Spirit's, Michael Myer's and Freddy's addons should be looked at as well.

If they did it like how they did Doctors then it can be good. 4 groups of add-ons that slowly get better with each tier.

I'll agree more killers need to have their add-ons looked at. Pyramid Head's add-ons are quite boring and only very few are actually useful against good teams. Freddy's add-ons should be changed to make him have the most customizable power in the game, with different add-ons changing the way his power works just like being able to change the blood pools to fake pallets. It would make him fun to play, at least to me it would. Myers getting an add-on pass is needed....but it also scares me. Right now, even though Myers isn't the strongest...he can still invoke fear and intimidation into survivors. I'm afraid a change to his add-ons will destroy this feeling when you face Myers.

I'd like Slinger to get an add-on pass. He has like six good add-ons and two mediocre add-ons, four of which are just better/worse versions of each other (two reload and two stun), and Iri Coin and Prison Chain. Many other add-ons are both redundant and useless.
He has four add-ons that do functionally nothing. ADS movement speed and reeling speed. The bonuses are so small that they do functionally nothing. One add-on for +5% ADS movement speed and one add-on for +15% reeling speed would be fine.
He has three gimmicky stealth add-ons that are largely unusable, two that do virtually nothing without Monitor & Abuse and one that makes him undetectable for a very short time that only procs at a time when you can't capitalize on the stealth. Whiskey should make you undetectable after being in ADS for a few seconds and make you walk slower in ADS, and Marshall Badge and Hellshire Iron should just both do something different.
He has two mangled add-ons, when he should really only have one that covers both cases. He also has two mending time add-ons, when he doesn't benefit much from deep wounding survivors and then leaving them to mend. The mangled add-ons should be combined, but the mending add-ons are prolly fine as is even tho they aren't that good.
And he has one meme add-on, which is fine since it's a meme add-on. I'd prefer if it was more gimmicky and made you change how you play, like that one brown plague add-on.
His brown missed shot add-on and brown reload speed add-on could be made basekit and it wouldn't make him much stronger, just more comfy to play.
That's about all I got. I made an add-on pass for him sometime ago, I pretty much said all the same things.

I hope blight is next and finally alchemist ring and compound are thrown deep in the ocean, and honestly pyramid head could use one since only his range add-ons are actually decent

Tbf I'll defend the louder footsteps as useful and the louder gens as interesting but gimicky, although Freddy's issues is all but 4 addons are gimicky (Paint brush, Swinging chain and power recovery) so if it was removed it would be fair. Give him some addons with more consistantly and directly useful effects (aura reading on snares, aura reading on survivors who wake up, mini Fired Up for each asleep survivor as a few suggestions) and he'll be in a much better spot.

I wouldn't mind seeing an addon pass for some killers with less interesting addons too, lower piroity than weak/srong addon sets though. Almost all of Oni's addons are just variations of other addons and none of them have particually interesting effects, I've never looked at an non-iri Oni addon and went "oh, I wonder how to make that work" and experimented with unique builds because of it. I'm not asking for Freddy levels of experimenting, who has very few useful addons then a ton of interesting but impartical gimicks, but a good balance between fun addons that need you to experiment and addons that are reliably good is important. WIthout these more unique addons people are encouraged less to try out new builds and get into this repeatative play style with all the addons they use, reducing the longevity of the killer's play time.
As for weak addon sets Freddy, Hillbilly and Nemesis probably have the weakest sets overall. Nemesis has a few more good addons that some people give credit for (sometimes saying none are good) but overall is lacking still. And for the killers with addons sets too strong I'd say Blight, Spirit and Myers (mostly just tombstone and infinate T3).

Personally I'd like to see more addons designed to alter the killer's power. Like dream pallets, or doctors add ons. Or ones designed to synergise well like demos whistle and stickey lining, or knights addons for getting one guard more and giving you a bonus for that guard.
Ones that mitigate the killers weakness are good too for newer players. But I'd like to see the useless ones removed. I mean debuff and bp bonus is a cool idea. But some of the add ons are straight garbage with no benefit or have such a negligible benefit they'll just stack up in your inventory. Looking at you deer lungs
Some of the iri add ons definitely need a solid nerf. As a demo main I freely admit that demo's iri add ons are an utterly busted combo. I only run them when I've lost my temper with the game and have been getting beaten and trolled for hours because it's basically a free win with little effort and I can bring some pain against even dedicated squads with that build. Iri hatchet, alchemists ring the tombstone. All of them are amazingly frustrating to come up against. (Like seriously why is tombstone a thing? No one enjoys it. That achievement is such an unpleasant slog because survs hate playing against it and will just jump in lockers to deny the achievement)
