Tools of Torment is overpriced...
...for an unlicensed chapter. I see what you did there BHVR.
Running a sale with the launch of Tools of Torment only to increase the price of this one. It makes absolute no sense for an unlicensed chapter to cost more than the previous unlicensed chapter, not that the Tools of Torment is a great chapter anyways!

It's the same price as other 3-character DLCs. Licensed or not doesn't really factor into it, as all the 2-character DLCs cost the same either way.

Its because theres 3 characters. Just buy them with shards unlike previous 3 character chapters which were auric/DLC purcahsel only

Wesker chapter also has 3 characters.
The chapter price is based on number of characters not if they're licensed or original. The difference is you can get the original chapters with the Iri Shards you earn in game, licensed chapters you always have to spend real money.
