Enough bloodpoint penalties for doing things like camping etc

I want actual gameplay affecting penalties for toxic strategies. You camp somebody on hook? Guess who just got a speed nerf and cool down increase? You flash a killer multiple times in short succession or while they are stunned from something/somebody else? Guess who just got hindered or exhausted, maybe even exposed for rubbing salt in a wound? Every thing people are complaining about happening to them from the other side could be fixed with actual penalties.

People late into their game career don't care about bloodpoints. Bubba's will still camp with Insidious. Etc etc. But if you suddenly make their power cool down a lot longer because they were being a dick about things, maybe they would go back to normal gameplay. It's worth at least considering.

    Or babe can actually fix and balance the game better so camping and tunnelling isn’t a killers one of very few viable strategies atm. Don’t think people realise that the game balance is more the source and issue as to why us killer mains do this along with the high gen rush atm then just for the sake of it if we want to win
