Suggestion for Dead Hard Nerf
Ok so please make DH usuable once per game, the same way DS is used, the perk is too strong and every single survivor is running it.
Make it fair, i know the game favor survivors but this is just too much.
Second perk that needs to be looked at is Healing Boon, make that you can only apply that boon once per totem found, so people can't run and re-apply over and over.

you're essentially asking for a perk that already does little to be virtually useless while saying there is not a perk that already nulify boons

It doesn't need a nerf. There's only a handful of scenarios on a handful of killers where it would even give you trouble, and even then, you can mind game it out in most cases.

OP do you know how chase mechanics work? Swing/miss Surv blows DH swing and down the surv all without losing more than 2 seconds of chase time. As for the boon if you read your survs well enough you can drop every boon totem as fast as they form them so I don't see why this post is relevant.

Not that far maybe if it gave you hindered untill you mended it would be better. You get the extra time for using the perk but don't get a 3rd healths state without a penalty

"Deadhard activates for 30 seconds after you've been hit." That's all it needs to be an anti tunneling balanced perk

And for the boon, shattered hope shouls be base kit

If it does so little, why run it, then? If you can't get value out of DH, nothing will change for you either way even if they nerfed it to obscurity. Reworking the perk to do something else entirely would be the better option imo because making a perk useless results in narrowing down the meta and an even more stale game.
You want the killer to give up a perk slot for Shattered Hope? When was the last time you counted how many perk slots each side has? Survivors have a total amount of 16 (technically 20 with base BT) and one single CoH can only be countered by Shattered hope. That leaves survivors with 16 perks still because they can set up CoH anywhere and the killer with 3 because they don't have the time to wander across the map and destroy CoH over and over again. Shattered Hope's only strength is to destroy boons at the most obnoxious places.

It does so little maybe on potato survivor teams at low MMR, try to play higher as a killer you will see how "little" it does

high mmr? you mean nurses and blight where dh should arguably be basekit? I dont see the problem in those matches, they intentionally miss 90% of the times or hit you anyway cause unlike your expectations DH will not work 100% of the times

Console SWF team, meta has changed for survivors they don't run same perks over and over xD what a joke this overhaul was last summer
