Ideas to nerf the 3 gen of SM
Ok, SM needs buffs in chase but nerf to 3 gen.
I don't have any suggestions for the buffs, other people can give ideas, as long as it buffs her chase in interesting ways, because she is a bit dull.
- So, SM can't put drones near hooked survivors. So would it be ok to give the same restriction to REGRESSING gens, only regressing. This way she can still monitor gens, but has to sacrifice regression.
- Other option, so it doesn't interfere with drone placement is that gens inside a drone active area stop regressing automatically. Same idea, but there is placement restrictions.
This is a way to not touch her cool downs, but nerf this play style. But if you prefer cool down changes, i am sure bhvr is looking at that possibility.

If u give SM restriction where to put drones, they could overlap on various floors for example, so that she cannot use her drones anywhere.
No, I assume the ONLY way is to remove the Exposed-Effect and give her another power to synergize with the drones... so you control a drone when active and you can shoot or anything.
Currently, she is REALLY REALLY bad and I feel like its better to instantly rework her.

In my opinion its necessary. This camping-gen-playstyle, which is fine, you have to do it with this PURE M1-Killer, is annoying af (on both sides).
I cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel if they dont change her heavily.

She just released, bhvr can't be giving heavy resources for her. If she gets a full rework, and thats a big if, it will take probably more than year (remind you of twins right now or Freddy that took 2 years).
So waiting for that to happen is very unlikely, so focusing on simple tweaks and ideas is probably best.
I agree that probably removing the ability to place would be really annoying, but what about the second suggestion? Active zone drones stop gens from regressing, when the drone becomes inactive or is removed the gen goes back to regressing

Doesn't really matter now. She is here and she has her fans, but her gameplay will be very problematic for a while

honestly it's kinda like the ringu situation where they're not good killers expect for 1 degenerate strat that everyone hates so if you nerf that strat the character becomes utter garbage

Yup, I agree
But at least with Condemn you don't suffer through the match unable to do anything at all to progress the game
