New characters' perks don't show in the bloodweb
Edit: Not a bug, I just misremembered the progression system rework but I don't know how to close the discussion or delete it, sorry.

Issue: I just bought Knight & Skull Merchant but their perks don't appear on Myers' bloodweb.
I spent 900K BP on Myers trying to get one of Knight's perks for a tome challenge but as you can see on the pictures none of his (or Skull Merchant's) perks are available on the Bloodweb even though I don't have any of their perks. You can see on the 2nd picture I don't have the Hex perk for eg, but I do have Deathslinger's perks even though he's also not prestiged so I don't think that's the issue.
My Ghostface is also not prestiged and I got his perks on Myers today, so I've also ruled out the possibility of me misremembering the prestige system and Myers having Deathslinger's perks because he had them prior to the prestige rework.
It's been a while since i've played so maybe there's a very simple explanation, like me not remembering the prestige rework properly, and if that's the case I apologize. (however if it's actually a bug can I get Hubris on Myers for free please and thank you)

Question. Did you get Knight and/or Skull Merchant to Prestige 1 (after completing 50 Bloodwebs)? Only then do the Tier 1 versions of the perks become immediately available, and the Tier 2 & 3 version appearing in other kiler's Bloodwebs.

Knight and Skull Merchant aren't prestiged, but neither are Deathslinger & Ghostface, so I'm confused because the perks of the first two are nowhere to be seen but I got Gearhead, I'm all ears & Thrilling tremors. Are the perks not supposed to appear at all on the bloodwebs before P1?

You need new characters that were released past july 2022 to be prestiged. When they reworked the progression system they made it so any teachables that you unlocked would be unlocked at tier 1 for every character to ensure that the update wouldn't cause players to lose anything.

Ooh okay, that makes sense, I thought prestige made things easier but didn't force you to prestige characters. Guess I spent my BPs on the wrong character then haha, thank you for the explanation.
