Dead Hard should inflict the broken status effect

I already know a gaggle of survivor mains are about to see this and claim I'm a dumb killer main, but I actually play survivor 60% of the time. The reason I think dead hard needs this extra penalty, is because it will always be a get out of jail free card. Sure, needing to mend slows it down a little bit, but it doesn't really effect the survivor that much. You can spend a good 30 seconds going around a loop with a survivor, and when you finally get the chance to hit them, they dead hard and it lengthens the chase by another 30-40 seconds on that loop, or just in general. All I'm saying is that it should inflict the broken status effect for 30 - 6p seconds, as there should be another penalty for it as to how many survivors abuse dead hard in high ranks.
