PS5 crash when playing clown

It happened twice in a row now. Usually right after second hook. It causes my ps5 to check the hard drive and the second time it turn it instantly off. Picture shows 2nd time before crash, perks/add ons I was using.

I don’t think it’s related to clown now. Whenever I play killer, my internet goes down takes about 30 seconds to reset. At the same time my ps5 shuts down. It’s only after I hook someone.
