New Survivor Idea / The World's Strongest Man
This Black survivor's (Henry Johnson) strength is on par with the killers. He is big and muscular.
Perks:
- HOLD IT DOWN - This perk allows the struggle sequence to begin WHILE the survivor is on the ground in the dying state and slows down the killer's ability to pick them up by 10% / level 1, 20% / level 2, and 30%/ level 3. You become the obsession.
- POWERHOUSE - While empty-handed when unhooking a survivor it's with such brute force, you also rip the hook right out of the ground dismantling it for 60 seconds/level 1, 70 seconds/level 2 / 80 seconds/level 3. This causes exhaustion and the cooldown is 40 seconds.
- SAVE THE BEST FOR ATLAS - ONCE PER TRIAL Your strength allows you to carry a survivor that's in a dying state and carry them for up to 15m until canceled by the carried survivor. Being picked up does NOT heal the survivor from the dying state, and a match can NOT be exited while carrying a survivor, and movement speed is decreased by 5%.

I like the ideas, but for the first I would suggest it start the wiggle interaction while you are being picked up instead of while on the ground, instead of being like an unbreakable+flip flop combo that will make you instantly wiggle when the killer picks you up.
The second is like an exhaustion version of breakdown, but from the unhooker instead of unhooked, this is interesting and I think it's quite a cool concept.
For the third I've always loved the idea of a survivor that can pick another survivor up, but I do think it should be farther than 15m, maybe more like 25-30, unless the intention of this perk is just to carry someone around the nearest rock so you can pick them up out of view, lol. I also think for it's very niche usage the limit of once per trial isn't a good call.
Great concepts though! I'm curious what others have to say, and what they agree/disagree with.

I agree with you on everything. That's what I meant for the first perk. It's meant to be activated during the attempt of being picked up. I understated the distance in the third perk so the community wouldn't be quick to think it was OP.
