PS4 and PS5 Disconnecting from host after a few games

HI,

Started disconnecting a couple months ago no time bans or may get a 3min ban but since the last dbd update March 7 (I think that was the date) my bans are 14 min, 30 min then 6 hrs and now 24 hrs. Once I get one disconnect I'm annoyed so I log off. So I feel a 24 ban is extremely excessive. I'm not the only one having he issue. Many on FB groups. So what is the problem/fix? Last two nights my disconnected from host happed at 11:53 PM and 12:02 AM. Seems odd.

Mostly playing as Feng in a pub match with one PS4/5 "close friend". Crashes are random. Sometimes when I'm last survivor, healing myself, fixing gen.

So I got a new character Kate Denson. Same thing. Crashing after about 6-10 games. 1 disconnected from host gets me a very steep penalty.

I have a disconnected from host every day that I play. Once I get my penalty I stop playing for the day.

    This never once happened to me 8 months ago unless I had a dropout.

    A month ago it was happening a lot so I verified files and it seemed ok then another update came out.

    It just happened again. Always when I'm doing really well it happens but never once when I'm doing badly.

    What another waste of a bloody party streamer.

    Sort it out please bhvr. My connection shows no dropout so what the hell is this.

    This is happening to my swf since Nov, I actually made a bug report back then when it started happening and have even updated it (https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/355126/game-disconnected-teammate-could-see-killers-load-out#latest). Just randomly the game will disconnect him, his internet is fine (he's done multiple tests when it happens to make sure and even before he starts playing) but it still happens. Every time he could see the killers load out and it would say the killer DC'd too even though the match was still going. Before he wasn't getting DC penalties since it was but since recent update he's been getting them. He decided to finally send a support ticket down and instead of looking into it support just closed his ticket and told him DC penalties are automatic and to get a strong internet connection - completely ignoring him telling them he does have a strong internet connection and it's not the DC penalties that are the problem but the game kicking him for no reason. It's disappointing they'd rather blame players internet connections instead of actually looking into the issue of players randomly getting kicked from matches.

    Just had a random disconnect on PS5 with chucky trying to pick up a survivor who threw a pallet but got downed. we both locked up and then booted
