Possible New Ideas for Borrowed Time
I know it extends the duration of the endurance and haste effects, but I feel as though the basekit duration is enough now. I would assume many others feel the same way since I don't see the perk being used anymore. So leave your ideas for a reworked Borrowed Time below

I'd increase the duration to at least an extra 5 seconds

The perk version of BT is crazy strong in a lot of scenarios now
Most notably the endgame, if the Killer hooks somebody far away from gates - they can 100% wait out the 10 seconds and then down them again and unless the whole team is healthy and able to take hits, there's nothing else they can do given OTR and DS would both be disabled
To give a anecdotal example - recently I played a game vs a Clown on Haddonfield, he hooked somebody a decent distance from an exit gate and he was camping. I managed to trade for them with BT, he left me on the floor and bombarded them with bottles, intent on waiting out the 10s BT
However considering I had the perk version, his plan backfired and she got out thanks to it.

My friends passive is getting tunneled so I take bt for him. 20 seconds of haste is under rated.

Make it grant 20 second of Endurence onto the survivor that performs the unhooking. Now you will see it a lot more.

So essentially the first version of Borrowed Time just instead of a one time use, it is infinite. That is gonna be broken

How about this?
Borrowed time
when you unhook a survivor, The unhook sound and hud notification for the killer is delayed by 10 seconds.
Not the most original idea but i think It would work well.

killers will adapt.

I'm sorry, but from a balance perspective that just seems like a terrible idea. There should be no need for the person unhooking to have endurance. If people don't want to trade hooks then they shouldn't unhook in front of the killer/while chased

I think this could potentially be a amazing idea. Especially if paired with something like We'll Make It. Gives enough time to heal and get away from the hook before the killer comes back
